Monitoring Projects (monitor)

Monitor must be monitoring and coordinating workers. She should perform following tasks:
1. Assign workers to projects for Data Entry and Verification
2. Coordinate workers for distributing batches and assign them
3. Monitor the effective work of workers until finished with stats and checking batches quality
4. Activate registered users or disable them as needed
5. When finished, ask the developer for obtaining final csv file or project output to give customers
6. Help in Data Entry Tasks
